Application Developer

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, develop, and support secure enterprise applications in a 100% remote environment. This role focuses on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse architecture, with responsibility for building scalable, compliant, and workflow-driven solutions that support complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design end-to-end application solutions based on business requirements

·         Develop and support applications using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

·         Build secure workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting solutions

·         Perform unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing

·         Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing applications

·         Create technical documentation, handbooks, and support materials

·         Ensure governance, security, compliance, and data protection standards are met

Required Skills and Certification:

·         3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service

·         2+ years of experience with Power Platform

·         Demonstrated Dataverse architecture experience

·         Hands-on experience with model-driven apps

·         Strong communication skills

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Skills and Certification:

·         Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field

·         Information Technology certification program completion

·         Experience with case management, healthcare, or regulated environments

·         Knowledge of Power BI, SSO, MFA, RBAC, data migration, and compliance-focused solution design
