IT Project Manager

Job Summary
Seeking an IT Project Manager to lead planning, governance, scheduling, reporting, and delivery across projects using a hybrid Agile approach.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage project schedules, status reports, risks, issues, budgets, and change requests

·         Facilitate meetings, track decisions and action items, and maintain project documentation

·         Coordinate stakeholders, governance activities, and deliverable approvals

·         Support project financial tracking, lessons learned, and closeout reporting

·         Ensure deliverables are completed, reviewed, and formally accepted

Required Skills

·         Strong experience in IT project management

·         Experience with hybrid Agile project delivery

·         Expertise in risk, issue, schedule, budget, and stakeholder management

·         Strong communication, documentation, and meeting facilitation skills

·         Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office

·         PMP Certification

·         HIPAA training

Preferred Skills

·         Experience with governance, implementation oversight, and formal acceptance processes

Schedule

·         Weekly status and schedule updates

·         Monthly financial tracking and risk meetings

·         Additional deliverables as needed and at project closeout
