10+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions
10+ years supporting the full lifecycle configuration of the Oracle HCM Payroll module
Program Manager –10+ Years
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to work within a hybrid model and commute to delivery center locations.
Responsibilities
Support the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module across the implementation lifecycle
Assist with requirements gathering and process documentation for payroll operations
Support data conversion and cutover activities, including balance mapping and validation
Create and manage cutover checklists and support parallel runs
Collaborate with team members and contribute to deliverables.
