Role: Performance Tester only W2 & C2C

Location: Mc Clean, VA (Onsite confirmation Mandatory)

Responsibilities:

·       6 – 8 years of experienceCreate all performance testing deliverables including test approach, test plans, test requirements, and test results.

·       Used JMeter and LoadRunner to execute load testing against AIX, JAVA/J2EE, WebSphere, DB2 environments of an enterprise application.

·       Participated in code design and code reviews to ensure performance best practices are embedded in design.

·       Evaluated and recommended appropriate actions where possible to improve the performance process and overall performance of the system.

·       Analyzed scalability, throughput and load testing metrics against test servers, ensuring timely go-live of new builds.

·       Recommended changes to system capacity/performance using quantitative methods, statistical data and historical performance data, defining and managing system tuning and workload balance

·       Coordinated with software development team in agile environment to effectively respond to clients’ changing needs
