Good understanding of regulated environments, EGHIPAA and patient privacy considerations. CRM or patient management platforms Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva, or similar.8 years of experience as a BSA in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Patient Support Services. Familiarity with Patient Support Programs PSP, including Intelligent onboarding, Adherence patient engagement, Affordability workflows copay, benefits verification, reimbursement support, Specialty pharmacy processes nice to have.
