Role: Mainframe Developer (IMS & CICS)
Location: Wilmington, DE
Work Model: 5 Days Onsite
Experience Required: 8+ Years

Key Skills Required:
Strong programming experience in COBOL
Hands-on expertise with IMS/DB
Solid knowledge of CICS transaction processing
Proficiency in JCL for batch job development and support
Experience working in z/OS mainframe environments
Understanding of IMS concepts, including IMS/DB and IMS/DC
Basic knowledge of mainframe system administration (datasets, security, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance COBOL-based mainframe applications
Work with IMS databases for data retrieval and updates
Design and support CICS online transactions
Write and manage JCL for batch processing
Troubleshoot production issues and support system improvements
