Reltio MDM Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions to deliver trusted golden records across the real estate value chain.
Design and optimize company matching logic, including match rules, cleanse functions, tokenization, survivorship, and merge strategies.
Configure Reltio entity models, relationships (parent/subsidiary, account hierarchies), Reference Data Management (RDM), and data quality rules for corporate/legal entity data.
Integrate third-party data sources such as D&B DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, and other firmographic platforms to improve entity matching accuracy and reduce duplicates.
Develop integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and connectors with CRM, ERP, lease, and property management systems.
Define and fine-tune match-and-merge thresholds, manage false positives/negatives, and support data steward review workflows.
Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, performance tuning, and best practices across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
Collaborate with data architects, business stakeholders, and data stewards to deliver scalable and governed MDM solutions.
Ensure data security, role-based access, auditability, and compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards.
 

Required Skills:

10–15 years of experience in Data Management.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.
Strong expertise in Company/Entity Matching and Master Data Management.
Experience with Java, Groovy, JSON, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Hands-on experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and REST APIs.
Strong understanding of data governance, survivorship, match & merge, and data quality.
Reltio Certification is preferred.
Experience in the Real Estate domain is highly preferred.
