Key Requirements:
8+ years of overall IT experience
4–6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience
2+ years in a Lead Architect or LSA role
Mandatory: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification (Please share your valid certification email address for verification.)
Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform (v7.x / 8.x / Infinity)
Expertise in:
Case Management & BPM
Decisioning (preferred)
Data Modeling & Data Pages
Constellation UI (Sections, Views, Theming)
Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database)
Security & Access Control
Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance optimization
Experience leading onshore/offshore teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
