Job Title: Automation Test Lead
Location: (100% Remote)
Duration: Contract
Rate : $50/hr on C2C
Responsibilities
Lead automation strategy, standards, and governance across all QE initiatives.
Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, reusable UI, API, and DB automation frameworks.
Identify automation scope, assess feasibility, and prioritize coverage aligned to risk. Integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/ALM.
Establish metrics, dashboards, and benchmark targets; track results and improve.
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and uplift practices across agile squads. Collaborate with product, developers, and SRE to embed shift left quality. Optimize test data, environments, and stability to ensure reliable execution. Troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive defect resolution. Evaluate tools, manage POCS, and champion best practices within the CoE.
Ensure compliance with processes, audits, and evidence for release of readiness.
Champion knowledge sharing through playbooks, templates, communities, and training sessions.
Report automation of ROI and estimates to leadership.
