UKG Analyst Remote only Plano, TX

UKG Analyst

Duration: 6 months

Location: fully remote; client in Richmond, VA – must work Eastern time zone hours

Our freight transport client is looking for a UKG Analyst with experience configuring the Time, Accruals, Attendance, and Company Managed Leave modules towards a system go-live date of June 2025.

The right candidate will have experience implementing UKG WFM Pro and will able to be a client advocate for effective processes and practices surround the use of the system and UKG DX clocks. The system is integrated with Oracle Fusion, so if you have experience with UKG and Oracle Fusion together, you would be an excellent fit here.

UKG Skills and Knowledge

Experience configuring the following modules in UKG Time, Accruals, Attendance, and Company Managed Leave
Possess a good understanding of UKG Best Practices for Implementation/Migration
Have extensive understanding of UKG APIs.
Strong Understanding of UKG Best Practices
Must have experience implementing UKG WFM
Must have experience deploying UKG APIs
Experience executing end-to-end testing and managing the testing process
Experience working in multiple roles in the UKG Eco System
5+ years of experience Implementing UKG WFM Solution (recent last 5 years)
Expertise migrating from Kronos iSeries to UKG WFM
5+ years utilizing UKG API (recent last 5 years)
5+ Years experience soliciting requirements
Experience with configuring, downloading and rolling out UKG DX Clocks

General Skills

Must possess excellent organization skills as this project will require the lots of coordination
Must be very detail oriented as the details are what matters, but also understands how to summarize things when speaking to Executives/Management
Excellent Communication Skills – Will be responsible for engaging stakeholders of various levels (management, operations, and IT)
Excel at requirements gathering & facilitation. May be asked to lead small & large sessions with key stakeholders from the business, operations, IT, and/or management.
Serve as UKG evangelist across all levels of the organization
Must be a good trainer so that they can teach the Business & IT how to leverage Kronos tools, Documentation & Training to enhance our knowledge
Seasoned in managing tradeoffs and risks, adapting to change & uncertainty and making recommendations with imperfect information
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
Strategic thinking and time management skills
