Position: UiPath Developer

Must Have
10 + years of hands-on UiPath development experience as a contractor or consultant.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a customer-facing environment.
Experience with Oracle automation, API integrations, SQL queries, OCR/Document Understanding.
Must be comfortable working onsite full-time with business and IT teams.
Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues, Assets, Triggers
OB DESCRIPTION
THIS IS A JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A TEMPORARY POSITION:
Seeking an experienced UiPath Developer to support automation initiatives across multiple business lines. The contractor will work closely with our architects, business analysts, and customer teams to design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
This is a fully onsite role (Monday–Friday, 5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development
Build, test, and deploy UiPath workflows, leveraging REFramework and best practices.
Automate web, desktop, Internal/External systems, API, Excel, PDF, and data-entry processes.
Implement exception handling, logging, queue-based automation, and best-practice standards.
Ensure reusable components and modular design for scalability.
Analysis & Collaboration
Participate in process discovery and feasibility validation.
Translate requirements and process maps into technical designs and SDDs.
Work directly onsite with business teams to validate logic, test flows, and troubleshoot.
Support & Enhancements
Support UAT, resolve defects, and refine workflows.
Monitor automations in Orchestrator, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Maintain version control and deployment pipelines (Git/Azure DevOps).
Required Experience
Strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues, Assets, Triggers.
5 + years of hands-on UiPath development experience as a contractor or consultant.
Experience with SAP automation, API integrations, SQL queries, OCR/Document Understanding.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a customer-facing environment.
Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
Must be comfortable working onsite full-time with business and IT teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
UiPath Developer Advanced or UiARD Certification.
Experience with Power Automate, AWS automation services, or Python scripting.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices, code reviews, and automation governance.
Experience in enterprise automation support environments.
