💰 Salary: $151,000 – $180,000/year (Based on Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Telecommunications Engineering Support professional to join a high-impact federal program supporting mission-critical E-911 and VoIP communications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support deployment and integration of Ribbon Federal Edge Gateways
✅ Provide SIP interconnection engineering and policy routing support
✅ Analyze and troubleshoot E-911 call flow issues
✅ Perform deployment validation and readiness assessments
✅ Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies
✅ Support connectivity between Federal Edge, DISA VISP, and Army PSAP systems
✅ Resolve engineering issues impacting gateway deployment and performance
✅ Coordinate technical activities related to E-911 routing requirements
Required Qualifications:
✔️ 10+ years of Telecommunications Engineering experience
✔️ 5+ years of VoIP/SIP Engineering experience
✔️ Hands-on experience with:
Ribbon Communications / Sonus / Genband
Session Border Controllers (SBC)
SIP Signaling & Interconnects
E-911 / PSAP Integration
✔️ Active Secret Security Clearance
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ DISA VISP experience
⭐ Army VMOD experience
⭐ PSAP Interconnection experience
⭐ Cisco CCNP/CCIE Certification
⭐ NG911/Public Safety Communications experience
