Job Description:

The role requires strong technical knowledge of data management and analytics, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple Scrum boards covering both project deliver
Lead and manage multiple Agile teams using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Facilitate Scrum activities for business intelligence, data warehousing, ETL, data conversion, and MDM initiatives.
Apply Agile and traditional project management methodologies based on project and business requirements.
Monitor daily team progress, identify resource needs, and conduct quality reviews.
Hold teams accountable for commitments, remove roadblocks, and improve team productivity.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Identify, assess, and escalate project risks, issues, quality concerns, and schedule delays.
Use Jira or equivalent Agile project management tools to track team progress, project status, and deliverables.
Provide technical leadership to data management and analytics teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and individuals across organizational levels.
Develop and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
Support a data-driven organizational culture focused on data quality, governance, architecture, modeling, and analytics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading Scrum activities for ETL, data conversion, and/or Master Data Management (MDM).At least 5 years of experience leading and managing multiple Agile teams.
Experience leading Scrum activities for business intelligence and data warehousing.
Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
Experience managing team development, accountability, resource allocation, and issue resolution.Experience monitoring daily work efforts, reviewing deliverable quality, and escalating project issues.
Technical knowledge of data management and analytics, with the ability to assess complex project risks and technical roadblocks.
Hands-on experience managing team progress and project status using Jira or equivalent tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, mentoring, coaching, and team-building skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functional teams.
Experience preparing and delivering presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of business needs and the ability to maintain stakeholder trust and confidence.
Experience implementing or working with SAFE(Scaled Agile Framework).
Experience data governance, data architecture, data modeling, data integration, and analytics initiatives.
