Job Description: 

·        Expert level skills in TIBCO Active Enterprise suite – Business Works, Administrator, EMS, Rendezvous, Hawk, Adapters (ADB, File), Plug-ins (CICS,MQ), Designer, TIBCO ActiveSpaces, Integration Manager,

o   Business Works Studio 6.

·        Expert in modeling business logic and automating business processes using TIBCO Business Works

·        Business Interaction and Requirement Gathering for Designing Enterprise applications.

·        Develop and Design solutions employing best practices and enterprise development standards

·        Participate in peer TIBCO development code-reviews

·        Fostering adoption of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach

·        Employ event driven architecture and complex event processing to solve business problems

·        Prepare development estimates and design documents

·        Create unit, integration and system test plans

·        Support and maintenance of existing solutions

·        Solid foundation in Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) principles and service modeling

·        Experience transforming business requirements into interoperable enterprise services as part of SOA

·        Proven development experience in Application Integration with TIBCO Business Works & Adapters

·        Extensive experience with XML including XML Schema, XPath and XSLT

·        Experience with Java Messaging Service(JMS) based messaging products preferably TIBCO EMS

·        Experience with Event Driven Architecture, Complex Event Processing and Enterprise Integration Patterns a plus

·        Strong Business knowledge of Insurance Domain from Integration and application perspective.

·        Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), along with excellent interpersonal skills is a must.

·        Expert in designing and developing REST APIs in BW 6.x with Micro services architecture patterns and API Gateway patterns well.

·        Expert in creating Automation Deployment process for TIBCO applications in CICD through Jenkins, Build Master, Maven , Azure DevOps.

·        Hands-on experience in developing applications using Core Java, J2EE, JDBC, RMI and JNDI.

·        Excellent Knowledge in  SQL Server and DB2
