Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Software QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual and automated testing, performance validation, and compliance-driven quality assurance for complex enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Strong expertise in QA methodologies, functional, regression, and automated testing.
Hands-on experience with test automation and performance testing tools such as Selenium and JMeter.
Experience validating application stability, performance, and troubleshooting issues across multiple environments.
Knowledge of enterprise system integrations and data validation processes.
Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server.
Experience testing RESTful APIs and web services.
Working knowledge of PCI compliance and secure application development best practices.
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
Strong understanding of application and data security practices within QA processes.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies.
Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and cross-team collaboration.
Experience working with regulatory compliance is a plus.
