Candidates must have experience working with multiple State agencies (Must)
No junior or mid-level profiles – Senior / Lead level only

Required Experience & Skills

14+ years of professional application development experience
8+ years (Must) experience using Micro Focus ALM Octane (Application Lifecycle Management)
Strong hands-on experience with:
ASP.NET MVC, C#, LINQ
Entity Framework
Razor View Engine
Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful Web APIs
Strong SQL experience (queries, data validation)
Experience with version control systems
Strong web development experience using:
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
Experience building accessible web applications (WCAG compliance preferred)
Strong understanding of SDLC principles, application architecture, and software design patterns
Experience performing data-driven testing and accurate application validation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading development teams or acting in a technical lead role
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience working in Agile or Hybrid SDLC environments
