🔹 Mandatory Requirements
✅ Candidates must be Texas residents with a valid Texas Driver’s License (TX DL).
✅ Minimum 8+ years of experience working with State of Texas agencies.
✅ Minimum 8+ years of State of Texas budget experience.
✅ Minimum 8+ years of experience working on CAPPS (Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System) projects.
✅ CTCM Certification is mandatory.

🔹 Key Skills & Experience
IT Business Operations and Budget Administration.
State of Texas budget planning and legislative appropriations.
Capital budget management and capital project expenditure monitoring.
CAPPS / TCAPPS experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and reporting.
Microsoft Access databases, queries, and reports.
IT financial management and budget operations.
