Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Developer with strong AbInitio expertise to work closely with both client stakeholders and offshore engineering teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, hands-on technical capabilities, and the ability to coordinate and deliver work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for the client and offshore team, drive solution discussions, and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main liaison between client stakeholders and the offshore engineering team.
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support data engineering solutions.
Lead and participate in solution design discussions; gather technical and functional requirements for new initiatives.
Coordinate daily work, assignments, and deliverables for the offshore development team.
Monitor project progress, address blockers, and ensure on-time delivery of assigned tasks.
Provide clear and consistent status updates to leadership and project managers.
Prepare, maintain, and update documentation, technical specifications, and progress reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with AbInitio, Unix, Snowflake, and AWS services.
Proven background in data warehousing environments and end-to-end data development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience coordinating work with offshore technical teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern engineering practices.
