Job Title: Business Analyst  with P&C

Location: Jersey City, NJ Onsite – need Local Only

Job Type: Contract

Visa:  No Opt, CPT

Exp: 10+ years

Required qualifications:

·        Property & Casualty.

·        Strong in PL/SQL

·        Data Mart

·        Solid understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance principles, products, and processes.

·        Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and the ability to write complex queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.

·        Familiarity with dimensional data marts and their role in data warehousing.

·        Proficiency in using business intelligence tools to create reports and dashboards for P&C insurance analytics.

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.

·        Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·        Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to data integrity.

·        Ability to work independently and within a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.

·        A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

·        Prior experience in the P&C insurance industry is highly desirable
