🧑💼 Experience: 4–7 years (Max 7 yrs)
🔧 Key Skills Required
Hands-on experience with LoadRunner & JMeter
Strong knowledge of Performance Testing Lifecycle
Experience with SQL performance tuning & JVM tuning
Monitoring tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk
Experience identifying performance bottlenecks using profiling tools
Minimum 4 years onsite experience
Recent Banking / FinTech experience preferred
Local to Columbus, OH only
