Key Responsibilities:

·        5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role working with a software development team utilizing

·        Knowledge of Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.

·        Knowledge of Agile techniques: User stories, ATDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, agile games.

·        Platform knowledge (UNIX, Linux, Windows)

·        High Demand IT Specialized skills: SCRUM/Agile

 Pluses:

·        Professional Certifications: First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 year equivalent required. College degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
