•                  Over 12+ Years of Experience

•                  MicroStrategy – MUST HAVE:

•                  5+ years hands-on MicroStrategy development experience.

•                  Analyze MicroStrategy reports (Grid, Documents, Dossiers) including attributes, metrics, filters, prompts, and VLDB settings.

•                  Understand and interpret MSTR metric definitions, level metrics, conditional metrics, and transformations.

•                  Review and validate generated SQL / Freeform SQL used in MSTR reports.

•                  Identify data grain, joins, and aggregation logic in MSTR to avoid semantic mismatches.

•                  Troubleshoot data discrepancies by comparing MSTR outputs with PBI reports.

•                  Work closely with DBAs and SMEs to resolve schema, object, and access-related issues impacting report logic.

·        Power BI – Knowledge:

•                  Design and build Power BI semantic models that correctly replicate MSTR report logic.

•                  Develop DAX measures equivalent to MSTR metrics, handling filter and row context correctly.

•                  Build Power BI reports / Paginated reports based on report complexity and column volume.

•                  Perform MSTR vs Power BI data validation and support UAT sign-off.
