Job Title: Infor Project Manager
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
We are looking for a strong Infor Project Manager to lead a net-new implementation of Cloud Version 11. The ideal candidate will have a solid HR and Healthcare domain background with hands-on experience managing full SDLC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver modules including Global HR (GHR), Compensation, Budgeting/Financials, and Talent Acquisition.
Manage system integration, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
Ensure alignment with healthcare compliance, regulatory, and operational standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong Project Management experience in HCM / HR systems.
Hands-on SDLC delivery for enterprise cloud implementations.
Functional understanding of GHR, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Financial/Budget Management.
Prior Healthcare industry experience (mandatory).
Infor CloudSuite v11 experience is a plus but not mandatory (net-new implementation).
