Preferred Qualifications
5–12 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar role.
Strong preference for experience in engineering services, digital transformation, or global delivery models.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical background.
AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications are a plus.
Sales & Business Development Skills
Proven track record in acquiring new logos or technical pre-sales responsibility.
Ability to lead technical discovery, solution shaping, and proposal development.
Comfortable engaging engineering leaders, CIO/CTO, VP of Product, and Procurement.
Strong negotiation, objection handling, and value-based consultative selling skills.
