We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Oracle Cloud EPM Planning to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our Oracle Cloud Planning platform. This is a manager-level individual contributor role where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning while partnering closely with FP&A, Finance, Data Engineering, and IT.
You’ll support enterprise planning processes, configure and enhance Oracle Planning applications, resolve complex production issues, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You’ll continuously evaluate new Oracle Cloud EPM capabilities and emerging technologies to improve planning processes, reduce manual effort, and help the business make better, data-informed decisions.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, including Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Enterprise Planning, or EPBCS.
· Experience implementing, configuring, or enhancing Oracle Cloud EPM Planning applications.
· Strong expertise configuring Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, including metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards, workflows, security, and application configuration.
· Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting processes.
· Experience supporting production Oracle Planning environments and resolving complex application issues.
· Experience with Oracle Planning business rules, Calc Manager, and Smart View.
· Experience partnering directly with Finance, FP&A, Data Engineering, and technical stakeholders to deliver planning solutions.
