Job Title: Oracle EPM TRCS Consultant
Location: Remote / Hybrid (as applicable)
Employment Type: 6+ Months Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) Consultant with strong implementation expertise. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end TRCS solutions, particularly across global tax and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM TRCS solutions.
Configure and manage global tax provisioning processes within TRCS.
Implement and support OECD Safe Harbor requirements.
Develop and manage Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) solutions.
Support Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax) provisioning and reporting.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Collaborate with finance, tax, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Support testing, UAT, and post-go-live activities.
Prepare functional design documents and provide user training.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM TRCS.
Proven experience in TRCS implementation projects.
Expertise in global tax provisioning and regulatory reporting.
Knowledge of OECD guidelines, Safe Harbor, CbCR, and Pillar Two frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in global or multi-entity environments.
