Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery | Project & Stakeholder Management | Data, Controls & Reporting
Lead fit-gap analysis, process design, and configuration across AR, AP, GL, and Real Estate/Property Management (RE) modules.
Own end-to-end solutioning for leases (commercial/residential), recurring billings, percentage rent, rent escalations/step rents, CAM/operating expense recoveries, utility billing, security deposits, and lease abstracts.
Configure core finance components including chart of accounts, AAIs, allocation and intercompany rules, currency/ledger types, bank accounts, AP/AR aging, payment terms, payment groups, and tax.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a JDE E1 Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in AR/AP/GL.
3+ years of experience with JDE Real Estate/Property Management (leases, billings, escalations, recoveries).
Experience working with JDE E1 9.1/9.2, including AAIs, UDCs, processing options, versions, UBE performance, security/roles.
Proven experience across fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, training, and production support.
Strong understanding of US GAAP financial processes, including month/quarter/year-end close and tax basics (sales/use, withholding, 1099).
Familiarity with Orchestrator, CafeOne, Form Extensions, Personalized Forms, and Watchlists.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with Finance/Property stakeholders and technical teams.
