Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs using Agile methodologies. The role involves driving cross-functional teams, managing program roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning business goals with execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile program delivery across multiple teams
Drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement
Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives
Remove blockers and optimize team performance
Track KPIs, risks, and program progress
Requirements:
8+ years of program/project management experience
Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
Experience managing large, complex programs
