Job Description for Billing Center Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and technical solutioning for BillingCenter implementations and upgrades

Work closely with architects BAs and functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Provide handson expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter configuration data model and integration frameworks

Define and enforce coding standards best practices and design patterns across the team

Lead and mentor development teams onshoreoffshore ensuring highquality deliverables

Support performance tuning defect triage and resolution during SIT UAT and production rollout

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture security and compliance standards

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

Key skills Guidewire Billing Center PolicyCenterClaimCenter

15 years of IT experience with at least 10 years in Guidewire BillingCenter

Strong technical expertise in BillingCenter configuration data model plugins and workflows

Handson experience with Guidewire Integration Framework GOSU Web Services Messaging Batch processes

Strong knowledge of PolicyCenterClaimCenter data flows and integrations with BillingCenter

Proficiency in Java SQL XML SOAPREST services and middleware integration

Proven track record as a Guidewire Lead in large Guidewire transformation programs

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Guidewire BillingCenter SpecialistCertified

Experience with cloud migrations AWSAzure

Familiarity with DevOps CICD pipelines GIT Jenkins and automated testing tools

Exposure to AgileScrum delivery methodologies
