Required Skills & Experience
10–12 years of experience in program/project delivery (BFSI/Fintech preferred)
5+ years in payments domain (acquiring, issuing, gateways, merchant onboarding)
Strong understanding of payment platforms (Fiserv, FIS, etc.)
Prior hands-on experience as Developer / Infra / QA Lead (mandatory)
Experience managing complex technology-driven projects
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Important Note
Not looking for pure Business Analysts or general Project Managers
Candidate must have strong technical background + project delivery experience
