Job Description: 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Engagement Manager, a hybrid role that combines technical expertise with management skills, to lead cross-functional teams, drive technology implementations, and oversee project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, IT infrastructure, or engineering, along with proven leadership in team management, stakeholder communication, and business strategy execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Technology Leadership & Implementation:

•         Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of technology solutions.

•         Lead architecture discussions, system designs, and integrations with third-party tools.

•         Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve efficiency.

2. Project & Product Management:

•         Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time and within budget.

•         Work with Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure smooth project execution.

•         Define roadmaps, sprint goals, and release cycles for products and IT initiatives.

3. Team Leadership & People Management

•         Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and analysts.

•         Define team goals, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.

•         Facilitate training programs and skill development for technical teams.

4. Business & Stakeholder Communication

•         Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

•         Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

•         Communicate technical challenges, timelines, and risks to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Process Optimization & Automation

•         Identify bottlenecks and drive automation strategies to improve workflows.

•         Implement DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices.

6. Budget & Vendor Management

•         Manage technology budgets, procurement, and vendor negotiations.

•         Evaluate and onboard new technology partners, SaaS tools, and enterprise solutions

•        Qualifications:

•         Bachelor’s Engineering degree in Computer Science/Technology, Master of Computer Application or equivalent preferred.

•         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Customers and internal stakeholders.

•         Proven experience (15+ Years) in a client-facing role, such as consulting, account management, or sales.

•         Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).

•         Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Salesforce).

•         Familiarity with databases, APIs, and enterprise software integration.

•         Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and IT infrastructure management.

•         Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•         Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

•         Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth.
