Job Description:
The Technical Business Analyst (Generic) acts as a bridge between business needs and technology teams, ensuring the successful delivery of IT and software solutions. They gather and analyze technical requirements, facilitate system implementations, and support product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with business and IT teams to gather and document technical requirements.
Analyze system workflows, data structures, and integration points.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solution feasibility.
Write detailed functional and technical specifications.
Assist in system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
Support the implementation of new software or system enhancements.
Provide insights on process improvements and automation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with IT and security standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.
Experience with tools like SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and UML.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
