Saviynt Architect
1. Handle Saviynt L3/L4 escalations, critical incidents, and service requests from L2/L1 teams
2. Troubleshoot provisioning failures, connector issues, and job failures
3. Manage user lifecycle operations (JML – Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
4.Maintain and troubleshoot OOTB/custom connectors
5.Lead Saviynt IGA solution architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation ensuring scalable and secure IAM frameworks
6. Drive custom development (workflows, rules, REST APIs, BeanShell/JS) and build custom/enterprise connectors for application integrations
7.Own application onboarding lifecycle, including requirement analysis, connector configuration, provisioning flows, and RBAC/SoD validation
8.Perform code reviews, design validations, and governance control checks to ensure quality, security, and performance compliance.
9.Manage L3 day-to-day operations covering incident handling, service requests, RCA, job monitoring, provisioning issues, certification cycles, and platform maintenance

Ability to provide the technical solution on time after understanding the complexity of the problem.
Should be able to identify document flows in-between business processes| and be able to provide new solutions for the optimization of document flows.
Experience in gathering customer requirements and writing functional and technical design documentation
Should be able to create| configure| and document solutions under minimal supervision.
