Title: Business Analyst (Mid-Level)
City: New York (NJ/NY)

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (4 days a week onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Mandatory – Release planning and Change management.

*Note: Need extensive experience in Release planning and Change management.
              Ability to conduct demos and tutorials across various capacities are mandatory.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

Designing & delivering the end-to-end change management strategy for the release planning tools with our labels.
Nurture ideas and solutions to business challenges and opportunities; Perform detailed analysis and scoping activities to develop the technical product details for new capabilities. 
Serve as our users’ trusted advisor and product expert: You’ll host training, onboarding, and working sessions which will meaningfully shape the future of release planning products.
Being the ‘go-to’ person for expertise on how to deliver and manage the people side of change, producing communication and engagement materials and owning communication to stakeholders
Identifying change management requirements and working closely with the Teams to create artifacts and reusable documentation.
Conduct change impact assessments for efficiency and technology tool best practices and roadmaps.
Creating strong strategies for embedding and reinforcing change.
Communicate effectively across all lines of communication to achieve business objectives and project goals. 
Assisting and advising the product owner on key decisions and ensuring stories are incorporated as expected by the team. 
 

Your Qualifications, Experience and Education:  

Bachelor’s degree in business, Psychology, IT, Computer Science, or related field, or a combination of education and work experience
Experience with software delivery, client success, and/or user research.
Have exceptional interpersonal skills, including but not limited to, listening, written, and verbal communication skills, exceptional client-facing/consulting skills, and managing stakeholders 
You are detail-oriented, take initiative and see success as a team accomplishment 
Experience with technology transformation projects; global or at-scale project experience is a bonus
Have experience in systems integration and migration delivery
Have familiarity with the technical aspects of software development
An understanding of business process modeling  and user experience
Successfully applied Agile/XP/Scrum practices 
Flexible in working practices 
Music industry or other entertainment industry participation experience is a bonus
