100% TELECOMMUTE – Remote, MN-based ideal
Typical hours are 8am CT to 5pm CT, M-F, Short term coverage for maternity leave
Description:

Team Management:
Manage a team of product managers/product owners that are supporting delivery of features and enhancements for the patient experience and specific requirements for our business and Care Delivery Organizations (CDOs)

Implementation/Migration Leadership:
Lead migrations/onboarding for new CDOs to our app/web experience, working closely with business and market leaders to ensure a successful delivery and post-launch experience

Cross-functional leadership:
Collaborate closely with business leaders, CDOs leaders, designers, engineers, marketers, and operations to ensure alignment and successful delivery of digital product initiatives for our patient experiences

Roadmap planning:
Maintain the product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives focused on improving patient interactions and outcomes. Ensure successful delivery of roadmap commitments.

Performance monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) specifically related to patient engagement and satisfaction. Develop post-launch tracking and partner with the analytics team for required reporting.

Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders involved in the migration process. Regularly update them on progress, address any concerns promptly, and gather feedback to continuously improve the migration strategy.

What software skills are needed?
Strong PowerPoint skills for storytelling and executive-level communications
