Expectations of ServiceNow roles:

1.         Active Certified ServiceNow Administrative (CSA) certificate

2.         Ability to renew/obtain a Certified Application Developer certificate within the first 90 days of onboarding

1.         This will be non-negotiable. If an active CAD is not obtained by day 89, we will terminate on day 90

3.         Ability to work onsite at the Brevard location in Charlotte, NC on average of 3 days per week

4.         3+ years of ServiceNow development experience

5.         1+ year of Agile methodology experience

6.         1+year of JIRA experience

Like to Have of ServiceNow roles:

1.         Active CAD certificate

2.         Previous GRC experience

3.         ServiceNow custom application experience

4.         Archer experience
