Talent acquisition specialist / Recruiter II
Location: Plainsboro, NJ 
Pay Range: $32/hr. – $36/hr. (without benefits)
Duration: 06 Months (Possible extension)

On-site – Plainsboro, NJ
Hybrid role – on-site 3-5x a week based on company needs
Needs experience with Light industrial recruiting

Converses with and asks questions of job applicants to select people meeting employer qualifications. Typical Functions: Checks employment applications and examines work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants. Records additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, test results, and other data pertinent to the selection and referral of applicants. Reviews job descriptions and matches applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file search. Informs applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information. Refers selected applicants to the hiring manager. Keeps records of applicants not selected for employment. May perform reference and background checks on applicants. May evaluate the selection of candidates during a debrief session/meeting with management and the interview team. May specialize in interviewing and referring certain types of personnel, such as professional, technical, leading, clerical, and other types of skilled or unskilled workers. May search for and recruit applicants for open positions. Bachelor’s Degree is required. 4+ years of experience.
