HRIS Workday Administrator β Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Workday professional to manage and support Workday HR systems and business processes. The candidate will be responsible for configuring workflows, maintaining system data, supporting integrations, and collaborating with HR and IT teams to improve HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday business processes and workflows.
Support Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Benefits.
Troubleshoot HRIS system issues and provide user support.
Maintain employee data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Create reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for system enhancements and integrations.
Perform testing for Workday releases, updates, and new functionalities.
Document HRIS processes and provide end-user training.
Required Skills
Experience working with Workday HRIS systems.
Knowledge of Workday configuration, security, and reporting.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
Experience with data management and system integrations.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
2+ years of HRIS/Workday experience preferred.
Workday certification is an added advantage.
