Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Brokerage/Capital Markets domain expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver technology solutions for brokerage and trading platforms. Experience in trade lifecycle, wealth management, securities, clearing & settlement, and brokerage operations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
Perform gap analysis and process mapping for brokerage/trading systems.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Support Agile ceremonies, UAT, defect management, and production releases.
Work on trade lifecycle, order management, settlements, and brokerage operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills:
8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Strong Brokerage, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets background.
Knowledge of Trade Lifecycle, Equities, Fixed Income, and Settlements.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
