Role Overview
Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions. Drive AI strategy, provide technical leadership, and deliver impactful, production-ready systems aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define AI strategy and identify high-impact use cases
Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures and solutions
Lead model development, deployment, and MLOps practices
Mentor teams and enforce best practices
Collaborate with data, engineering, and business stakeholders
Requirements
8+ years in AI/ML, with leadership experience
Strong expertise in ML, deep learning, and Python (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Experience building and deploying scalable AI systems
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps
Nice to Have
Experience with Generative AI / LLMs
Background in NLP, CV, or recommendation systems
