Required Qualifications
Strong experience managing multiple enterprise-level IT programs and projects.
Experience developing portfolio roadmaps and strategic planning initiatives.
Expertise in business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and market analysis.
Demonstrated success delivering projects within budget, scope, and schedule.
Hands-on experience managing project risks, quality, testing, communications, and resource planning.
Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Excellent presentation, training, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience leading legacy system modernization or replacement projects.
Experience with data migration initiatives.
