Job Summary
Our banking client is seeking an experienced nCino Administrator to support the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the nCino platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, lending teams, Salesforce administrators, and technology partners to ensure nCino effectively supports commercial and consumer lending operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering nCino within a banking or financial services environment, with a strong understanding of lending workflows, Salesforce, system configuration, and user support. – Consumer and Commercial.

Responsibilities
    Administer and support the nCino platform within a banking environment.
    Configure nCino functionality, workflows, fields, page layouts, permissions, and business processes.
    Support commercial and/or consumer lending processes and related system functionality.
    Partner with lending, operations, compliance, and technology teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
    Manage user access, roles, profiles, permissions, and security within nCino/Salesforce.
    Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution or escalation.
    Support testing, deployments, enhancements, and system upgrades.
    Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes.
    Assist with data management, reporting, dashboards, and system integrations.
    Participate in UAT and coordinate with business users to validate system functionality.
    Identify opportunities to improve lending workflows and automate manual processes.
    Work with Salesforce administrators and development teams on integrations and more complex enhancements.
    Monitor system performance and help maintain data quality and integrity.
    Provide end-user training and ongoing support as needed.
