Job Summary:
We are looking for a ReactJS Developer with proven experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance front-end applications, ideally within the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and web technologies, combined with a solid understanding of telecom workflows, BSS/OSS systems, or network management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive web applications using ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless and performant user experiences.
Translate telecom domain requirements into technical specifications and implement reusable components.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues related to rendering, data flow, and browser compatibility.
Work closely with product owners and domain experts to understand telecom-specific use cases (e.g., customer onboarding, billing, provisioning, fault management).
Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, microservices, and back-end systems.
Ensure high code quality with unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end technologies and the telecom industry.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Required Skills:
3–6+ years of experience as a Front-End or ReactJS Developer.
Strong knowledge of ReactJS, Redux / Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
Experience building applications that interact with RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
Understanding of telecom industry processes, such as:
Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiar with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Preferred / Nice to Have:
Prior experience working on telecom platforms or projects (e.g., service assurance, network management, customer self-service portals).
Understanding of TM Forum standards (like SID, eTOM, Open APIs).
Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data streaming.
Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Java, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
