Interview: Direct End Client Interview.
End Client Note: Client needs more of a developer / lead cum DBA for this role, not an operational one. So, the key is having someone who knows why we do things instead of executing something given to them.
Primary Skills: SQL development, DBA – SQL Server, Transactional replication, Always ON and experience with 30+ TB OLTp database
Secondary Skills: Windows, AWS value added
Experience required: 10 -15 years
