🔥 About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Python Developer with hands-on AI/ML experience to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and services. The ideal candidate will work across the stack—from data pipelines and model integration to production APIs—while leveraging AI coding assistants as part of the daily engineering workflow.

📌 Core Development

🔹 Build and maintain Python services and APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
🔹 Write clean, tested, maintainable Python code.
🔹 Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
🔹 Troubleshoot production issues, performance problems, and conduct RCA.
🔹 Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.
🔹 Build REST/gRPC APIs and work with Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, and Celery.

🤖 AI/ML Engineering

🔹 Build and deploy ML/LLM-based applications and services using Python.
🔹 Integrate models through OpenAI, Anthropic APIs, or self-hosted inference.
🔹 Design and maintain RAG pipelines using pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
🔹 Develop agentic workflows and tool-calling integrations connecting LLMs with APIs and data sources.
🔹 Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
🔹 Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and performance monitoring.
🔹 Collaborate with Data Science/ML teams on feature engineering, model serving, and MLOps.

🧠 AI-Assisted Engineering

🔹 Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants.
🔹 Apply AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and code review.
🔹 Evaluate emerging AI engineering tools and workflows.
🔹 Promote responsible and effective AI adoption throughout the SDLC.

⭐ Required Qualifications

🔹 3–6 years of professional Python development experience.
🔹 Strong proficiency in Python 3.x and FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
🔹 Hands-on experience building LLM/AI applications, including RAG, chatbots, summarization, classification, or agentic systems.
🔹 Experience with at least one AI/ML framework: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
🔹 Strong REST API and microservices architecture experience.
🔹 Solid SQL and database design knowledge.
🔹 Practical experience using AI coding assistants in real-world development.
🔹 Experience with pytest/unittest, Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
