📌 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to lead the development, architecture, and maintenance of one or more products while managing technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for application-level architecture, technical design, hands-on Java development, delivery management, code quality, and mentoring, while collaborating closely with business and engineering teams.
💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Create and execute development plans and adjust them based on changing business and technical requirements.
🔹 Gather and review business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
🔹 Lead and coordinate the design, development, implementation, and support of applications/products.
🔹 Develop detailed technical analysis and design specifications.
🔹 Facilitate code reviews and mentor junior developers.
🔹 Apply object-oriented design and software engineering best practices, including design reviews, unit testing, code reviews, and refactoring.
🔹 Identify system deficiencies and implement effective technical solutions.
🔹 Lead daily standups and coordinate team activities, issues, and deliverables.
🔹 Participate hands-on in Java application development.
🔹 Research and recommend technical solutions to business problems.
🔹 Follow Agile best practices and continuously improve team processes.
🔹 Track technology trends and guide the team in adopting new technologies.
⭐ Required Qualifications
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
🔹 6–8+ years of strong application development experience.
🔹 Strong experience designing highly scalable and highly available systems.
🔹 6–8+ years of Java web application architecture and development experience.
🔹 3–5+ years of cloud application development using GCP, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
🔹 Strong expertise in Java, Microservices, RESTful Web Services, and Cloud Architecture.
🔹 Experience with Continuous Delivery / CI/CD concepts and technologies.
🔹 Strong experience with Spring Data.
🔹 Experience with AngularJS, including Controllers, Services, and Routing.
🔹 Strong design, development, and architecture experience with Cloud Services, Microservices, and Web Services.
🔹 Hands-on experience with SaaS-enabled solutions.
🔹 Knowledge of securing end-to-end distributed systems.
