We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the Tier 3 Production Support function for the T-Life BFF (Backend for Frontend) platform. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of production operations, multi-vendor coordination, technical leadership, and engineering excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Tier 3 Production Support
• Own the Tier 3 escalation process and serve as the final point of resolution for complex production issues
• Lead war rooms and incident bridges for P1/P2 incidents
• Perform hands-on API triage using Splunk, analyzing logs and tracing request flows across BFF and downstream microservices
• Drive blameless Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) and track corrective actions to closure
• Maintain SLA compliance for incident response and resolution
• Build and maintain Splunk dashboards for API health, error rates, and latency monitoring

Multi-Vendor Program Coordination
• Coordinate production support across multiple development pods and external vendors
• Establish governance cadences, escalation protocols, and cross-vendor communication
• Drive accountability for production fixes and timelines
• Manage dependencies between platform engineering and development vendor teams
• Track vendor performance metrics including MTTR, incident recurrence, and fix quality

Stakeholder & Product Management
• Partner with Product teams to balance production stability and feature delivery
• Provide transparent, data-driven updates to leadership
• Manage capacity allocation between production support and feature development
• Drive structured change control and protect engineering teams from scope creep

Operational Excellence
• Identify recurring production issues and drive permanent solutions
• Champion automation to reduce manual incident-response activities
• Establish and track DORA metrics, incident trends, and team health indicators
• Implement effective on-call and workload management practices
• Promote canary deployments, feature flags, and pre-production validation to reduce production incidents
