Note: Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite, 3 Days Remote. No Exceptions Local Candidates Preferred.

NOTE: We are seeking candidates who are local to Trenton, NJ, or nearby areas in Pennsylvania within a 50-minute driving distance.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with the assessment and documentation of existing SQL Server environments.
– Support database migration efforts, including backup/restore, scripting, data transfers, and validation.
– Perform routine health checks and troubleshooting during and after migrations.
– Collaborate with senior DBAs, infrastructure, and application teams.
– Execute test migrations and contribute to performance tuning and optimization.
– Ensure data integrity, security, and minimal application impact throughout the process.
– Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance throughout the migration process.
– Maintain documentation and support incident resolution post-migration.
