– Ensure business continuity by acting as the trusted authority for resolving high-stakes production issues and providing dedicated on-call weekend support.
– Serve as the primary contact for data integrity, leading large-scale optimizations like deleting 2 million records to prevent system shutdowns.
– Use AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to write complex SQL queries, which accelerates issue resolution and reduces dependency on the database team.
– Own the monthly Pega release cycle, managing all activities from testing with the QA team to final deployment.
