Job Title: Sr. SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Remote Work (USA) || Travel Expectations – 50% travel within the US (Expenses Paid – Yes)
Duration: 12 Months+
Pay Rate: $76/hr on C2C
Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2-EAD

Key responsibilities of SuccessFactors Solution Architect include client consultation, process analysis, system configuration (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation & Learning), training, and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications often include experience with SuccessFactors modules, knowledge of HR processes, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Common qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration is frequently required.
Technical skills: Strong understanding of specific SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central is often a core requirement) and experience with data migration and reporting tools.
Business acumen: Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Soft skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Certifications: Certifications in key modules like Employee Central can be required or advantageous.
